The sleeve length is perfect and I love the neckline too. I hate shirts that feel like they’re choking you, but it’s not deep either. It’s pretty lightweight, and the material isn’t scratchy.

I wear a L in most tops, and I was comfortable in the L I ordered. It’s lightweight so it works really well under scrubs, which I why I bought it.
